Suzuki SX4 of a new generation was delivered to the international automobile salon in Geneva. The novelty is the product version of the S-CROSS crossover concept, which could be seen last year at Motorshow in Paris.
One of the main features of the presented model is the fact that it is no longer a hatchback, but to crossovers. The length of the car is 4,300 mm (165 mm larger than the previous model), the width is 1765 (more than 10 mm), the height is 1575 (more by 10 mm). The wheelbase has reached the mark of 2,600 mm – compared with 2,500 in the predecessor. The increase in the dimensions of the model made it possible to increase the volume of the trunk to 430 liters. For comparison, we recall that the predecessor of the luggage compartment amounted to only 270 liters.
The new Suzuki SX4 can be chosen both with a gasoline unit and with a diesel engine. The volume of both engines is 1.6 liters. As for the transmission, a five -speed mechanics will be offered for a gasoline unit, and a six -speed manual gearbox for diesel. The drive will be available both front and complete. In addition, customers will be able to order a new Suzuki SX4 with a panoramic roof.
It will be possible to buy such a car in Europe coming autumn, and in Russia the novelty will appear closer to the end of this year.
