Ufa drivers will be forced to tear off tinting
From today in Ufa, the preventive action “Clean glass” will start. Within a month, from July 15 to August 15, traffic police inspectors will stop cars in which glass tinting exceeds the norm established by GOST.
“About 30 % of accidents occurs in the dark, and a lot of accidents – due to the fault of drivers who violate the maximum norms of tinting of the glass established by law,” says the inspector of the propaganda department of the ATS of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Department of Internal Affairs for G. Ufa Elizabeth Grechikov. – Therefore, we decided to hold this action.
Employees of the traffic police will offer drivers directly with them to remove the tint, and if the offender refuses to do this, then they will draw up a protocol on an administrative offense for 100 rubles.
State inspectors will also check the entire “auto -historia” of the driver. And if it turns out that he repeatedly violated the rules of the road and did not pay previous administrative fines, then he threatens to pay for this amount in a double amount or arrest up to 15 days.
