These are the latest spy photos of the upcoming BMW M4 Coupe (F82). On them we can consider partially the design of the front headlights and the rear lights. Still, prototypes have been equipped with a conceptual optics.
This time, the new product of the Bavarian automaker has lost part of the camouflage, so we have the opportunity to make out the design features of its exterior. Earlier, Bavarians launched a promotional portal of new items on the Internet, while technical support for the site is carried out by the IT service VW.
The new M3 (F80) and M4 Coupe will receive the same 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine with a turbocharger, which will issue a power of 415 horsepower (310 kW) and a torque of 535-ms.
The power unit will work either with a six -speed manual gearbox, or with a seven -speed automatic double clutch automatic. Later, the latter will be replaced with an eight -speed box.
BMW engineers actively fought with “extra” weight m4 coupe. They preferred aluminum hood, trunk lid and doors, carbon fiber roof and optional ceramic brakes. This will make the future novelty much easier than the current M3 Coupe, which has a equipped mass of 1680 kg.
